Freelancer: the Next Generation 1.56 Patch

- Changed the hardpoints on the Independence (need to buy new ship)
- Slowed down light fighters a tad, they should be manageable now
- You can now buy nanobots and shield gen at any base
- Added the unofficial server patch 2 corrections
- Modified placement of jumpholes in nexus
- Added jumphole to Omega 41 in Nexus
- Pacifica base dock ring is removed
- Ames station dock ring is removed
- Re-worked the pathing files again
