The false positive was caused by a small change in the engine. The occurrence of the "JS/ScrInject.B" and "HTML/Refresh.BC" is non-deterministic, ie. it may be triggered randomly on html files. I for one was able to reproduce it only with web protection.
The erroneous engine update was stopped as soon as we've received first reports to mitigate the impact. A new engine update is being prepared that will address the issue.
In the mean time, as a hotfix you can switch to pre-release updates and then back.
