To stop a player from switching out of their train may improve your RP but it will destroy theirs. Stuck in a ship that does not have the weaponry to fight back or the agility to avoid you, they just get shot to bits. Even with a couple of VHF as escort, if the pirate targets the train, the train gets destroyed.
