Ive started to test the multiplayer now.The public servers seem to cause serious FPS problems. Thats probably because they still have a bug from the first day release. As result I have started a private server in order to do further tests. Performance good.Too early to say how if my theory about terrain is correct. If someone wants an invite ... PM me.

my assumption about MP was wrong you start on exactly the same map like in singleplayer so the terrain is very limited next to that are you not allowed to build your base right next to another player even if you belong to the same colony and you have exactly the same limitations as in singleplayer.i think thats a very stupid design that does not really motivate players on base building or playing together
