Well, if the time between you move the mouse and the ship game-mouse starts to move is a bit too big... means your PC is having a hard time loading the CFMod at full performance. Try putting lower performances and it will go faster, unless it's in the 'options' menu set to be slow... you can try putting performance settings at min, if it doesn't go faster then, it may be for another reason.
