It is possible join server with 1.9? I hope not. old license is for sure not a reason to be moved to Pittsburgh. Reason to be moved there could be for sure missing file(s). Please create new char on new account and try. If still kicked, issue is your mod installation ... some AVs may still be problem even if quarantine is emty. If new chars works, try with old undock, jettison all goods and then dock and try again.
