    So, I reinstalled the game, the mod and everything went superb. Now I'm here. I click "Multiplayer" and it says Starting update. And it's been going on for 12 minutes already without anything going on (Screenshot by Lightshot) SilverFox told me to create a shortcut, so I did, and nothing was fixed.     Screenshot by Lightshot Just that. UAC is down completely. I wouldn't know about the connection, I have no idea. I've tried switching to wireless network(s) and that didn't help either.

    I may not mess with the router here, since It's not mine to touch. The owner of the apartment is currently out of town so I can't really get in her place to touch anything there. I turned off my firewall before updating it aswell so, firewall is not the problem. Anything I can do to check?

    Removed the blacklist. The issue persists. I've stated that I tried different wireless networks (so different IPs) and the issue persisted.

    I reinstalled my Windows, and I'm downloading .NET framework and Visual C++ now.
