Hi OP You can see my signature at the bottom and that is my computer hardware. In my instance, I did an UPGRADE and not a NEW INSTALL of Windows 8. That may have a bearing on the graphic drivers. I totally agree. The same with all the new versions of their software development tools. I get the feeling they want to make it so difficult to create competing products that most will just give up and get on the bandwagon.
