It does not matter in which system it was, there is no exclusion to the rules for specific systems.

what you did IS a problem for the activity of the server... especially since it was done in new york ... the system that practically every new player starts in and has to read that crap before they even get the chance to make their own opinion about the mod, the server and this community...and the majority of players in that system felt bothered - otherwise i would not have gotten so many screenshots of this situation I am not even sure why you keep discussing about it
