Because there are no owners in Singleplayer, and for MP they still need permission, obey (or not as RP) their rules and etc. And while players have problems at it, it is my "bussiness"

The topic was over and decided long ago(2 days), even before Bond posted. There's no need to continue, as the decision taken is the same with the one you wanted in general, so there's no issue to discuss here. Whoever will really need that info and not finding the answers, will make more threads and SMG will take care of, or somebody else if there's no SMG available. That's all.
