Well, as there was no char wipe in the last 6 month, that isn't the case, so your chars are still arround. You get warned and notified by the server in colors and every 10 minutes to PRINT your MP ID and save your chars as you are the one responsible of them. This is, because the server files does NOT save/log the IDs of the players, instead they use other base codes for each account and such. So, the server, or OP does not have your ID to give it back.
