Yeah it's the first time I see somebody saying that money is too easy to earn. But commodities take more than 1 cargo space now, so 900$ profit / item, counting that an item can take several times it's original cargo space, is not really profitable for MP.

That's right, though the ones under 1 cargo space are usually very cheap and not a good item to consider trading. I missed this detail

Well, most people want money, no matter how much. But during the campaign it shouldnt be easy to get the next levels without knowing details about what you can do and where you have to go to get the best money.

You should have enough by increasing the numbers at storylvl.ini , the missions shouldn't matter, but if you want to take it further, you can edit the numbers at the NPCs that give missions (making them smaller), at "MBASES.ini". There are hundreds of variables though, and the missions themselves are not this easy to touch. I think it should be enough by letting everything the same way, and increasing the numbers at storylvl.ini, if you need 5 mills to rank up, you can't lower the awards and pr…

The 4.1 dea is pretty cool, and by what I can think (as for FL's engine), it's also possible, in the same way the "NPC" console takes away the ammo you got over the top limit, or how the illegal goods dissapear in certain situations. We will see
