I like this idea alot, but there's one thing I think should be added, and I don't know if it can be done The idea is that we should also add another way of gathering those clan points. Lets say, Vega is currently owned by LC, and CFPD decides to invade their territory. When the attack happens, each player destruction could either increase or decrease the Clan Points. Discovery already pulled it off and they're using even more of the game engine. So I'm guessing it's quite possible to pull of a thing such as clan bases.
