autosaves for some reason store all mission triggers of a mission even if those are not active or called yet and that causes a mess when you load autosaves during the crossfire campaign.In vanilla FL this also happened but after every mission the developers managed to reset the triggers which is not possible for us to do without having the source code of the game.
