currently it doesnt matter if you are close to an enemy or not during a pvp.... the explosions when you kill him do no harm yet but it is possible to create a splash damage for those explosionsthat means you kill some1... he/she explodes with the ship and the explosion does damage to your own ship (lets say in a range of 50-100)-> meaning that the explosion might kill you if you are not careful this would create more realism but it also would make the combats a little bit more complicated so wh…

well marc if its a draw then its a draw... finito... no winners leave it to the fact that splash damage will be limited to a small area for fighters oh and the minersur right thats why i have to shoot 1 times with my railgunbut what if i find a way to time the explosion?... put a 2nd explosion in it with a delay.... first shields down then hull the defenders can respawn on their base while the attackers will have to fly the whole way again
