Hello ram, 1. If you had only 1 char data corrupt, you couldn't log on the account.2. The server remembers 3 out of 5 chars because you was inactive for 2.5 months, but those 2 missing chars were inactive for over 3 months, and got deleted by our system which deletes inactive chars for 90 days (or at least it did once, before releasing 1.82).3. The issue can be from your installation, that the game freezes, isn't it at too much performance requirements/settings ?

Only OP can see and do that, he had to edit all chars lately for some rep issue, so could be an issue on your ID. Please wait his answer
