imo 1. if your a pirate then you should act this way and wear a licence (pirate or at least csf) 2. a 2nd slot for licences (just for asf and csf) is not possible 3. too many rules are crap coz ppl wont follow them and its hard to tell them to read them all 4. no you dont have to pay them if you can fight 5. i dont really like the idea that ppl tax players and destroy their base of existence forcing them to pay more or all money they have
