yeah but lets face it you either face your target or you have turned away so only one of the both weapons can fire while the other is inactive an escort build naturally would try to face the enemy due to the strong forward guns so the after torp launcher almost never would be usedit would be better to use a turret or cutting beam which both fire no matter where the ship is facing to.... instead of having a weapon which barely is used a cutting beam does like a torp launcher cause kinetic damage…
