You can usualy get pirated stuff for yourself, but never to make something which will be published from you, in that way you get caught and punished. Let's say... if noone knows you got a thing it doesn't matter, but you can't use that thing to publish it and make it like yours. And it's why OP needs permissions for his stuff and has to protect it.

True... like others from stealing CF. If you could just add a heavy virus which starts when the CF gamefiles aren't compleete... hehe
