It's a general rule... if you read better, it's not on "Section 1 - Server Rules" it's on "Section 2 - RP rules" , in concret in Section 2B, which are not the same thing as Server rules. and you just shown or showing(if you keep with it) you're not more mature than who you're complaining about... as it seems you can't pass over it as nicely told in my previous post.
