Clan tagged chars are not newbies, so are not dealt like so. No newbie protection for clan tagged chars under lvl 40. But it's not recommendable to get in RP with no fighter... Once you get into a clan, you meet some requirements (or should, by rules), once in a clan, you can also get to ASF or CSF together with the entire clan for automatically having the needed requirements.
