Well, both before and after relogging, the site was on german. I think there were no saved settings for this forum anymore, so default would be german. That the "double click to mark as read" feature is still available made my day, for the bot threads with uninteresting topics for example.

@OP: Roger, could've been an isolated case due to old cache still there or something, I don't know. Animated avatars are seen properly when in my profile, as well as .gif allowed to be uploaded at Avatar Management (I just reuploaded mine and said all was correct, as well as displayed correctly in the preview), but still doesn't display the animation on here around the forum.
