  • 1)i have some problems with new factions.they just don't show up at all.i've edited initialworld.ini,empathy.ini,faction_prop.ini,npcships.ini,loadouts.ini,mpnewcharacter.fl and it doesn't work.is there anything i am missing? 2)i have problems with the battleship encounters too.they won't appear either.i've made the encounter files in the MISSIONS\ENCOUNTERS folder.is there anything else?

  • i'm a bit confused (Code, 1 line) (Code, 48 lines) something like this?there still are no missions.it keeps showing 'No missions available at this time.Come back later.' and btw how do i specify the mission type? (kill ships/destroy installation,etc.)
  • found it.works fine now,thanks ok,now about cloning .ale files...i tried to clone gf_no_smallengine01_trail.ale (the cruise fire is white and the trails are green).the problem is,sometimes it is white and green as it should be,sometimes it's purple(nomad).this happens especially when i encounter nomad ships.any ideas what the problem is ?

  • ok,this is something i really don't understand.i tried to convert the Coalition Varyag from SL to freelancer.i imported the .shp into ms3d and exported it to .cmp.i've already done about 10 other SL fighters and they work just fine.i tried about 3 times but all weapons go THROUGH the ship.i'm using ms3d 1.8.3 if this helps.any ideas?
