try ctrl+t or something like that in ms3dthere you can resize textures and adjust them

LODrange = 0, 10000 and re-adjust the direction of the thruster in hardcmp

i just done have all information so this takes some time what size does the model have? whats the size of the texture?

the size of the mat cant be correct if the texture is 512x512 oh and you should use 256x256 for the texture (512 isnt working)
