Hello StJude1,the enemies with light/medium fighters are probably the most annoying in Crossfire - very hard to hit and quick to heal.Try the following approaches:1) add anti-shield guns to your setup (pulse-type),2) use guns with low refire / high damage,3) reduce mouse sensitivity for better aiming,4) save money and get an overpowered ship with higher-class weapons,5) move "Difficulty" slider in Options -> General to make the game easier.Hope this helps!
