"li_gun01_mark04_ammo" does not fit to "li_gun01_mark03" you are editing the wrong ammo, thats why you dont see any changes. the load order is always "ammo" first because the weapon is refering to it that being put aside you are using the ppc ammo "projectile_archetype = phoenix_ammo" maybe editing that would help on top of that.... I guess you are not trying to edit the projectile itself but the flash. "flash_particle_name = ci_laser_03_flash"
