Hello torben11, the launcher requires .Net Framework and certain Visual C++ libraries to be present in your system. Make sure you had them ticked during Crossfire setup or installed separately. P.S. In case you have Windows 10 with the latest updates, try following the instructions here and using the file from this post. HTH
