Well, you can start by making a ticket next time, not a report thread on the forum. There's a ticket system for bugs, issues, bans, etc so OP and the team gets notified when anything happens, unlike randomly on the forum where everyone talks normal stuff, and can be overlooked/missed. It also works with GRs, if theres any abuse, OP will see himself assured.
