Hello Cop.Hicks!First of all you should fix your game's fonts by running "fonts-fix.cmd" in your Freelancer folder Your Samura rep seems slightly below -3 bars (minimum for buying a ship), therefore just 1-2 kills of Samura's enemies (Blood Dragons, for example) will probably be enough.
