to be honest i like the original look of the odyssey most the round saucer of one of these new ships certainly fits well to trek ... reminds me a bit on a mix of galaxy class and with the hull element also the excelsior classits just... it looks a bit... dunno... ordinary the tactical version of the t6 ships probably was designed with these edges to look a bit more agressive but that takes away the trek feeling the original oddy design was curvy and elegant

yesthe yorktown looks very close to the original odysseyI also like the bigger impulse engines on it i just dont get why the warp engines have such weird looking fins
