a few items are really worth to be upgraded sci plasma consoles receive and incredible damage boost when hitting epicand these upgrades are relative cheap also tac vulneratbility exploiters are clearly worth the upgrade due to the higher damage and the crit values. the upgrades of tac consoles are not that expensive aswell. but when it comes down to reputation equipment then its really worth to think twice about upgrades.some are worth it... but you also can live without some of them
