  • Screenshot by Lightshot Just that. UAC is down completely. I wouldn't know about the connection, I have no idea. I've tried switching to wireless network(s) and that didn't help either.

  • I may not mess with the router here, since It's not mine to touch. The owner of the apartment is currently out of town so I can't really get in her place to touch anything there. I turned off my firewall before updating it aswell so, firewall is not the problem. Anything I can do to check?

  • Removed the blacklist. The issue persists. I've stated that I tried different wireless networks (so different IPs) and the issue persisted.
