Hello,the attached screenshots show what you get on a blank new char after 8 barrels near Newark + 2 barrels near Alster + 2 barrels near Southampton. Not the best possible rep, and not "perfect" according to Diablo (as many factions are below middle), but this is indeed the simplest way when you just need to be neutral and fly safely across Sirius.
