i personally would at least double the time for average players (which applies to 98% of the fleet members)and those that have not omega t5 rep yet will need marks and procs so they cant turn them in for dil (this btw. is a guide, no competition about who is doing it faster than others) however...for kdf its also worth to mention that there is a sector patrol in psi velorum that can be done twice every 2 days and is worth + 5000 dil then (if you do the optionals)that should take around 40mins
