  • That is totally wrong for that player though. Well, such things happen, but you know, the pirate actually has to be in your scanner range to tax you, he can't like, tax you from a planet, or from another system, or anything different.
  • That part in the rule is there for like, warning shots, like in the movies where you can shoot once, or twice, or three times if they don't reply, but it's not really ment nor needed to TAKE IT OUT (which so far is allowed) and even "accidentally" do hull damage, cus that's already an aggresion. It also says how you cannot "open fire" on the player until he answers or makes some move.
