Sorry I posted in wrong place. I looked at past topic but didn't find the finer points. The taxer asked for tax but didn't know where I was. I had already docked at Pl New Berlin and was looking at maps when he asked for tax. when I asked what it was he departed and logged in as different player in X-3043 and told me to transfer 1 mil to his Bank. I asked more questions "how" no reply. then he departed x3043 and logged back in to new berlin and said pay or die. then back to x3043 he went and put…

Ok That was what was not making sense. If I was a pirate I could just look at the list of on line people and demand a tax be paid from each. I now understand I think.
