white textures are result of the graphic cards inability to read textures above a certain sizeeven some newer cards are released with relative low texture limits i could not find much information about that for your card but personally doubt that this is the case its worth to check if other drivers will lead to different results, it also would be good to test if the vid memory is working as it should

yes, we had people with white textures beforeand what did we tell them? -> "use the compatibility mode during the mod activation since your graphic card has a texture size limit"and that helped

you cant put CF1.9 stuff into CF1.8 graphic issues are usually driver related, you should check that first

in my eyes the problem is related to a limitation of the texture buffer of certain graphic cards

white textures should be gone in Cf2.0but it indicates a texture size limitation on your graphic card (just saying)
