Well, from that list (as CryEngine 3 for Crysis 3 is not in it O.o), the Luminous one, related with Final Fantasy looks as the best, since Final Fantasy's games always had the top effects, and always killed the PCs from their Generations, like the FF XIII and the XIII - 2 one... immersive nice stories and the best special effects I've seen in any game. *cough* 2013 is Future. Near or Far, but it's not Present... those in that video also have tech demos, so they are also near future, part of them.
