Okay, so i had troubles in the start too. No money, no guns, no nothing. But the first thing i did (before i started playing SP) was get on MP and talk to the people. I soon hit the Jackpot. Shockwave and The_Cro_Legend. They were the ones that guided me. First I explored a bit in MP, did missions, found stuff that i should be interested in, and then i went on SP. No biggie.
