The others 3 are in "Secret Storage Containers" (by what I remember), that look like escape pods, in space, in Alaska , Omega 11 and Dublin. Also in Dublin you got the Jumpgate to the system that's shown in the 3 datadisks, so get that one last, follow the new Jumpgate, and the 2nd system after it is the one in your datadisks, so you can go at those secret coordinate…
