Well, it's past now... the rests of the tornado will go up to Canada as a common storm (just some clouds). The Sandy died when touching New York's collumn of heat And the higher buildings wouldn't let the air move. Apparently, at TV it shows how people wake up normally , just some get out, the public services are partially off, and the flood is gone too. At least in the central parts.
