well... we could of course ask CFPD... but practically they are not renting the system anymore (im just saying) Dead end systems are nice to defend... in that point you are right.But with the upcoming changes... the conquest system and the clan bases such dead end systems also can turn into a trap for deliveries which have to go out of the system.You might also want to consider this point.
