While that matter is a thing you should talk with OP privately(as he is the only one who can make somebody GR), his and your conditions, what to do and etc, until you get things settled with him, you can always screen and report things that seem worthy of being reported. (to GRs, ofc). So my recommendation is to PM OP about it
