Same as using batts/botts... Using 2 PCs or such, is not directly/totally forbidden, but that doesn't mean you can use it at your free will, carelessly. Somebody can use it from time to time, like when moving stuff from stores, or to give yourself equipment from the stores to a fighter (as Am-Sher said), and even a bit of double trading here and there... but abusing it will provoke an action against you, and no one will defend you.

The discussion is, because it is not clear where it tells this is forbidden. (Quote) You don't manipulate the game when you have 2 PCs... It is obviously an unfair advantage, but if this wasn't a topic to discuss in years... people ask about it again.
