In-game, you can't see the universal map, as there are several sectors outside Sirius sector, and they can't apear on the old vanilla map. There isn't enough space for them anyway... The only thing you can do about it, is having a sight at the sector and unviersal maps posted on Swat and other clan sites(the ones who have a public one), and to find something in-game, yo ucan use the Bases list and systems list in your Navigational map board.
