You are right, in your first line. It's just that, I'm sometimes in middle of 2 sides(people), one side strict to death which would ban a Moderator for answering a question in an improper topic(different topic that the one of the thread, nearly off topic), and the other side which is too used to "free speech" and (nearly?) everyone is happy.
