i assume you didnt use a clean isntallation of the mod and therefor some of the singleplayer files were not installed correctly (at least that was the reason the last 4 times that ive read about such problems)

until i have found the reason for the problem here is a small fix rename the m13opensp.ini to m13.ini

no, that file has to be overwritten as it gets patched for normal singleplayerthat fixes some bugs with the storyline and this patch might explain why the openSP has problems atm
