You can, if you still use the same windows account(as in differents accounts the ID changes) get your same ID back, the Freelancer will give you an ID, and you can check if it's the right one or not. If not, you can also try asking OP (by PM) to "transfer" a char or all of them to your new ID, if you had so much stuff there.
