As he reported he can't even enter the server with that ID, so chars creation on them wouldn't be possible. If it was a character damaged data, the server would allow him to enter the ID aka account(fast or after a certain time waiting for it to load, depending on the damage type) but he'd see it empty, with no chars to load. So I guess it's not the topic.... maybe it could be ID damaged data but that's like impossible O.o
