Well, you are wrong on certain parts. There are cheaper ships for lower lvls which you can buy while doing the storyline, without giving you a ton of power, they are few but cool. Also I don't think you even seen half of the CF universe, have you exit Sirius yet ? Neither our ships, the ships you've seen do were added to the mod in the 60's (lol jking of course, but they are soo old in the mod, from 1.4-6-7 versions) most 1.8 addons(ships) are outside Sirius expanding the new universes to face …
